Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, CareCredit, Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard. We deliver the finest care at an appropriate cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Our staff will discuss the financial policy when you make an appointment.  You will learn our payment expectations, dental insurance procedures as well as receive an estimated fee.  If your general dentist has made an appointment for you, then please contact us at Beach Endodontics Phone Number (757) 486-7857 to discuss our financial policy before your visit. Please remember that sometimes the dental procedure to be performed may be different or more extensive than originally thought.  For this reason, we must emphasize that fees discussed over the telephone are only estimates.  You will know exactly what procedures are necessary after a complete and thorough endodontic exam.

We will send you a monthly statement after your insurance company responds to your dental claim. Most insurance companies will respond within four weeks. We will make every effort for you to take advantage of your dental insurance and will submit the dental claim based on the information you provide to us.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

To accomplish this, we will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.   We are happy to discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions related to your insurance.

We must emphasize that as a dental provider, our relationship is with you and not with your insurance company.  Insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company.  We are not a party to that contract.  Not all services or procedures are a covered benefit in all insurance contracts.  Contracts can differ within an insurance company.  Please call your insurance company to clarify any coverage questions that you may have prior to your first visit.
